Small Broken Bolt Removal Kit Demo
Step 1: Grind off any excess bolt sticking above the surface that the fixture mounts on. (If the bolt is broken below the surface,
move to Step 2)
Step 2: Line up bushing over bolt (See Alignment Tips)
Step 3: Attach fixture by using 1 bolt, 2 bolts or "C" - Clamps
Step 4: Insert correct tap drill bushing for your bolt size (see chart below)

Step 5: Use correct tap drill (+.005 larger) in drill press or hand drill. The .005 guarantees separation of the
body of the bolt from its threads (see size chart above)
Step 6: Drill through the center of the bolt until you break through the bottom of the bolt (you can feel when this happens)
Step 7: 75% of the time there is no need to chase the threads with the tap. Ready for re-assembly. (IF NEEDED) Run hand tap to clean out any pieces that might be
left in the original threads. Blow out the hole, then screw in the bolt or stud
