Testimonials:

"We were able to drill out the broken bolts on the job site. In less than one hour, the front end loader was back at work, with minimal downtime normally required for such a repair. This tool literally paid for itself the very first time we used it."

Small Broken Bolt Extractor Kit Demo Step 5 and 6

Step 5: Use correct tap drill (+.005 larger) in drill press or hand drill. The .005 guarantees separation of the body of the bolt from its threads (see size chart above)

Step 6: Drill through the center of the bolt until you break through the bottom of the bolt (you can feel when this happens)

Small Broken Bolt Extractor Kit Demo Step 7

Step 7: 75% of the time there is no need to chase the threads with the tap. Ready for re-assembly. (IF NEEDED) Run hand tap to clean out any pieces that might be left in the original threads. Blow out the hole, then screw in the bolt or stud
